I recently had a great stay at a hotel near some popular restaurants. The rooms were updated and spacious, featuring a nice 42" flat screen TV and a cozy fireplace. I loved having a full kitchen and a great little balcony patio overlooking the tree-lined walkways. The staff provided excellent service and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

Spacious accommodations. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour. Location. Price.
Rooms and facilities showing signs of wear and tear, could use renovation.

Orangewood offers a very good value for money deal with its twin bed suits which comes. I got the one for the family of 4 adults and 1 kid including breakfast & dinner. It was an awesome experience to have full service kitchen in the suite specially with young kids.
TV, kitchen Appliences were really old these must be upgraded. Bathroom fittings are really old must be upgraded to give better feel.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is perfect for a peaceful stay. It is also relatively close to the downtown area of the city, allowing easy access to all the attractions. there are plenty of good dining options nearby, making it convenient to find delicious meals without having to travel far. the hotel is also situated down a sidewalk, providing a safe and enjoyable walking experience.
The hotel does not offer a view from its rooms.

spaciousness of room and full sized kitchen fully furnished and great maid service.
The shower was absolutely terrible. Last half was cold water and I had to squat to use it. I wouldn't stay here again only because of the terrible shower.

The two bedroom two bath option was perfect for 2 adult couples to share a room. The pet friendly policy meant we didn't have to board our dog, and the fee was reasonable. Also breakfast was good, lots of variety.
The couch in our room was torn and needed replacing. The carpet was dirty-my white socks were brown after walking around in the room.
